All I'm going to say is it's a chain so what can you really expect. Service was bad. Had the soup and Salad. Soup was cold and the salad was hot?!!! Won't come back to this one. Ohhhh and the salad was very stale.

Took my mom here for her birthday and she got the Dr.Pepper ribs and enjoyed those but her broccoli unfortunately was cold. Ordered chips and queso and the top part of the chips were good and the other half were inedible. I ordered the chicken soft taco, green chili enchilada and beef tostada. The chicken taco was ok and sent the rest of the food back. Presentation was very sloppy as well. Our server was very wonderful though and I was surprised by what was sent out to the kitchen today because the last time I was there the food was good. Very disappointed today though!

This Chili's is great. We have never had a bad experience although at times they do run out of items. On my last visit they had run out of the Molten Reese's Cake. The wait is never too long and in my opinion the menu is better than the other chain restaurants in town. On the occasions we get food to go, it is packaged well and stays hot until we get it home.

When in Great Falls, food options can be more limited than what I'm used to in Denver. I was with a larger group (six) and finding a place that works for everyone can be a challenge. It's no surprise that Chili's is located right across the street from the hotel and centrally located in town. I've been for lunch and dinner during this visit. Service has been solid, no concerns in that department. Food is satisfactory, nothing surprising or memorable, just good. I was very pleased with the Patron Margarita - sign me up for five of these. Someone would have to carry me out the door but these margarita's are worth it. A couple of drinks with basic food = a happy group.

Been coming here quite often lately because it's pretty steadfast in its quality and the service has gotten better each time I go in. Its still your typical Chili's, but I'll have to give these guys a Kudos for stepping it up service wise.

I normally like Chilies but when we went today we ordered to go food and sat at the bar for drinks while we waited. After waiting at an empty bar without receiving service for a bit we were finally greeted by a bartender that seemed annoyed that we were ordering drinks at all. Very rude. There are many other decent restaurants in great falls that will at least be nice to you.

went there last night with a large group. restaurant was severely understaffed and I found the manager to not be very helpful about our plight...... We were there for hour and 45 min and a few of us had to cancel their order because of a game we were going to. I have been to Chilis all over the country and almost always have a good experience. If this store was indicative of the chain, I would not return. By the time the food came out, it had been under the heat lamp so long that the sauce (white) turned brown. The assistant manager finally offered to take 15% off our bills however when the waiter came with them nothing had been done and he didn't know how to remove the discount. All in all, I cannot tell if this was an anomaly or business as usual. I can say though that the manager should have been more on the ball and assertive to take charge of the situation rather than cower down and hide. BTW..... we weren't rude or even the complaining type......

When we arrived none of the tables were cleaned. It took 20 minutes to get our guacamole appetizer. Our salads were covered in a nasty cream dressing that wasn't in the description. I had to get silverware myself. The container that holds the silverware had dirt and little hairs in it. This frustrating experience lasted about 90 minutes. Don't eat there.

Saw the bad reviews, but it was close to my hotel. I ordered dinner for my family to-go to avoid the poor customer service I read about. Actually the girl who assisted us was nice, but the order took 35 min. when I was told 15-20. They were not busy at 9:30 pm on a Wednesday. The previous poor reviews could be part of the explanation for that. The food was good enough to sustain life until tomorrow. Not worth the $40 it came to.

EPIC FAIL on Memorial Day Monday. Almost every page of the menu promotes their "Shiner-Bock" BBQ Sauce. Three of us were planning on having "our standard" a Full Rack 'O' Ribs with our favorite Shiner-Bock. Imagine our surprise when our server said. "We don't have that any more, but we just don't have the new menus yet." Why would anyone with the reputation that Chili's has, Discontinue menu items and roll out a NEW menu, BEFORE the (Printed) menus were table ready.? We all had to choose something else from the menu, after we were given the "news", rather than enjoy our regular standard we always have. The SUBSTITUTE food was still very good, and served quickly, but our particular server's demeanor indicated that her heart was just not "in it" that evening.

My wife, son, and mother all went here for a "quick" lunch on Black Friday this year, both my wife and I have been servers in the past and we know and understand that Black Friday is one of the busiest days of the year. However, this day was horrific! Our server was one of the worst I have ever had, even to the point of I put a $1 tip on there just to cover her tip out to the kitchen. Normally if service is sub-par you get a 8-10% tip, above average is 15-20%, this gal truly didn't even deserve the $1 tip she got. Our soup was cold, and apparently the server knew it because someone else brought it out (after our regular food since she never did) and she walked up and said "Is your soup cold?" but didn't offer to get us any more to fix it. And let's not talk about how many times we had to ask for drink refills. Our "quick" lunch (we figured 45 min to an hr) ended up being over 1.5 hrs and it was only about 1/2 full so it's not like they were swamped! Chili's you disappoint me, you normally have decent wait staff and good kitchen service. It will a long time till I darken your doorway again.

We sat down and I had enough time to hop in my car, drive to Barnes and Noble, pick up a news paper and come back before a server even came by, and we sat by the bar. Shoot the Moon LLC, the owners, should be ashamed. If it weren't for the brand recognition, this place would have been open six months max. Be afraid. Be very, very afraid.

Great meal with super friendly, helpful staff! Sirloin is delicious. We are picky eaters that don't like spices and such too much. They made our food to order and made us very happy.

I had my food to go and I expected it to be sub par. When I got to my hotel I opened my bag and to my surprise, my food was all separated into containers so it didn't get all mixed in together. My food was still very warm and pleasantly delicious. The service wasn't bad at all either. The even offered a 10% military discount.

Zero stars!! Worse meal EVER!! It took forever just to get ice water!! Table was Wet and dirty! Sent an email to corporate... No response! Sliders came with a DRY piece of meat.. And a bun! Nothing else! Oh.. The best part... They were not busy AT ALL! We watched a wait staff clean a table and wipe the "crumbs etc onto the floor"!! SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE! Great Falls deserves more! Will not go back or recommend !!

Great service...we stopped in about five minutes before they were supposed to close after a 2 hour drive and they were so friendly and served us even though we were the only ones here. Five stars!

I'm a pilot and travel a lot and the last couple of times this chilies was good but this last time was a disaster! We got there and had to wait for almost 10 minutes to have an empty table cleared then another 7 to get a server which was a pissed off bartender and she didn't even ask us for our drink preference while looking at the menu. She finally showed up and was very rude and unprofessional and then the food was cold and the tortillas were dried out and falling apart. The Manager came out and looked at the food and asked if we wanted warmer food (obviously knowing it was cold) and we said yes then the rude bartender came back with attitude. The whole episode was a joke and the Manager was totally out of the loop on the poor service and the bartender was totally to blame for our frustration and her complete lack of concern. We were there around 2pm Sun Sept 2. Will not EVER go there again! I had family and friends that were very disturbed by the whole event and I was the one who suggested it. NEVER AGAIN!
